The Wrap-up

Most of you are familiar with my recent support raising campaign, “the Great Appeal”. I just wanted to update you on my progress and current standing.

In the past three months, I am excited to say that I have been fully blessed with the addition of 7 new team members. Also, as I have been in transition from Arkansas to Hawaii, I was so surprised by the amount of help I received with every need I had through the servant hearts and generosity of numerous friends and family members. The Mighty Transition

May 3, 2007

AprilUpdate

I’ve finally made it to my little grass shack in Ahualoa, Hawaii (the Big Island). I arrived last week, Wednesday April 18th. It has been quite the journey from Arkansas to Hawaii with a slight detour through the Carolina’s, Georgia, Nashville, Memphis, Los Angeles, and Oahu. I would sum up my extended transition this way: driving, friends, meetings, drag races, bronchitis, no sleep, lots of caffeine, good times, pedicures, horchata, old friends, and familiar faces.Follow the links bellow to read on…

Urgent: Immediate Needs

May 2, 2007

ImmediateNeeds

It’s hard to know if a need is really a need, and if it is, then there’s the issue of it’s urgency. As difficult as it may be to figure it out, at this point I would like to say that I am at a place where I have a few urgent needs that, without, I am unable to move forward in so many areas of work and life. I am hoping to have these needs met by the middle to end of June, although some are more urgent than others.

I would like to ask if you could check out the brief list below of some urgent needs I have and consider helping to provide for these needs in my life. If you want to know more about each need, simply click here and/or contact me using the info found here.

  • Laptop and Applications: For communication, organization, and work.
  • Transportation: Anything with 2 or 4 wheels.
  • Housing: Help with rent through monthly donations?
  • External Firewire Hard-drive: For file transfer and storage as well as video editing.

Life is good…Change is good.

Brief Personal Update:
I just want to let you know that I am leaving for Hawaii today (April 2nd). I was planning on leaving sooner, but decided to change my plans and spend more time in Memphis with family and friends.
